The role involves leading end-to-end hardware root cause analysis for server PCBAs, focusing on power delivery, PDBs, bridge boards, and board-level electrical interfaces. The engineer will work on isolating board-level issues through various analysis techniques and will partner with Systems Integration on firmware and platform topics. This position requires a hands-on technical lead with deep experience in server PCBA debug and the ability to navigate complex failures. The ideal candidate will also drive corrective actions across multiple engineering teams.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Strong experience debugging server PDBs, bridge boards, and power distribution paths.
• Hands-on proficiency with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and lab validation equipment.
• Experience using Python, Linux tools, SQL, and shell scripting for automation.

• Lead hardware failure analysis and root cause ownership for server PCBA issues.
• Identify whether failures stem from design, component quality, or manufacturing processes.
• Develop diagnostic strategies and execute structured debug plans.
• Perform board- and component-level electrical debug for various failure types.
• Validate hardware behavior using lab instrumentation and fault isolation methods.
• Create clear technical reports and documentation that communicate failure modes and corrective actions.
