• Experience delivering complex technical projects from initial planning through execution and deployment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business partners.
• Experience supporting team development through regular coaching, mentoring, and feedback.

• Lead and support your team of developers, providing clear goals, regular feedback, and structured growth plans.
• Define technical direction and prioritize work with product managers and partner teams.
• Ensure backend services and localized products are designed for high availability, performance, and security.
