• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of related experience, or a Master's Degree and 6+ years, or a Doctorate and 5+ years, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements.
• 3+ years of experience presenting at conferences as an invited speaker.
• 7+ years of experience conducting research in academic or industry settings.
• 5+ years of experience developing and deploying live production systems.

• Design and develop methods to adapt foundation models for enterprise-specific tasks.
• Contribute to the scalability and efficiency of training and inference systems.
• Implement and evaluate adaptation approaches under real-world deployment constraints.
• Partner with research and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Drive technical work from concept to prototype, delivering new methods and insights.
