• Experience optimizing memory-intensive or latency-sensitive distributed systems
• 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Design, build, test, and operate production software in Rust
• Lead architecture and technical design for complex, high-impact projects
• Solve challenging problems involving distributed systems, concurrency, performance, scalability, and reliability
• Drive technical decisions across team and organizational boundaries
• Own systems end-to-end, including production operations and operational excellence
• Mentor engineers and raise the team’s technical bar
