This role involves working within the wireless SOC organization to develop highly energy efficient wireless silicon. You will collaborate with a world-class engineering team to innovate new technologies that enhance user experience. The position focuses on layout design and verification, ensuring optimal performance in wireless systems. You will be responsible for integrating and verifying top-level layouts while managing schedules and collaborating with multi-functional teams.

• Minimum requirement of a bachelor's degree
• Experience in custom RF/analog layout for radio transceivers with extensive knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS (16nm and lower with FinFet experience)
• Good understanding of RC delay, electromigration, and coupling
• Knowledgeable in layout techniques for device matching, minimizing parasitics, RF shielding, and high-frequency routing
• High level proficiency in interpretation of CALIBRE DRC, ERC, LVS, etc. in FinFet Technology
• Scripting skills in PERL or SKILL are a plus
• Extensive knowledge of CADENCE layout tools

• Perform block level and top-level layout through the full verification flow, including extraction, DRC, LVS, and DFM checking
• Co-work with designers on block-level and top-level floorplanning
• Conduct layout reviews for power/gnd routing, electromigration, signal path check, differential and IQ matching, and signal coupling
• Manage top-level layout integration and verification schedules
• Lead other layout engineers for top-level integration
• Proactively work with circuit designers to resolve problems related to failure-prone circuit and layout structures
