The manager will work closely with partners to understand their workflows and shape their analytics vision. Strong leadership, integrity, and the ability to translate complex data capabilities into business outcomes are essential for success in this dynamic environment.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics.
• 4+ years of experience leading or managing engineering or technical partner/customer success teams.
• 8+ years of overall experience in data analytics, business intelligence, technical product management, or solutions consulting.
• Strong technical fluency in modern data ecosystems, cloud platforms, data warehousing, and big data architectures.
• Proven track record of working with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Background in Partner Success Management, Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture leadership, or Data Product Management.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, hardware engineering, or operations organizations.
