This role focuses on reimagining content creation and management in a Native AI-world, distilling complex information into core knowledge artifacts. You will work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to innovate and build scalable systems that enhance customer service experiences. This position offers the opportunity to influence millions of customers and products globally.

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust
• Experience working with REST API based services and managing full application stacks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of system performance, memory management, and parallel computing principles
• Experience with AWS technologies
• Experience in process design and documentation

• Collaborate with experienced cross-disciplinary teams to design and bring innovative products to market
• Design and build innovative technologies in a large distributed computing environment
• Build scalable, fault-tolerant, low-cost distributed storage, index, and query systems
• Design and code solutions for broadly defined problems
