NVIDIA is seeking a Director/Senior Director for Server CPU Product Architecture to lead the development of next-generation server CPUs. This role involves driving product architecture from concept to launch while collaborating with various engineering teams. The position requires direct engagement with customers and partners to align market needs with engineering efforts. The successful candidate will lead a team of senior architects and represent the product roadmap to senior leadership.

• 15+ years of experience in server or data center CPU/SoC architecture, having shipped multiple product generations.
• 7+ years of managing a team to deliver NVIDIA CPU Product strategy.
• Experience owning products through their full lifecycle, including customer engagement and return on investment ownership.
• A proven ability to supervise industry and technology trends and anticipate market directions.
• Experience co-designing silicon requirements directly with hyperscalers or large AI labs.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Lead the definition and architecture of NVIDIA's next-generation server CPUs.
• Drive architectural trade-offs to optimize CPU performance across the data center.
• Collaborate with system architecture, platform architecture, and product management teams.
• Engage with customers and partners to gather market needs and return on investment insights.
• Represent the CPU product roadmap to customers and NVIDIA's senior technical and executive leadership.
