The Vice President of Data-Driven Marketing will lead a high-performing team to enhance marketing effectiveness through analytics and audience intelligence. • Bachelor's degree required
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and content marketing best practices
• Deep understanding of marketing KPIs, attribution, and customer journey
• Expertise in testing methodologies, optimization, and outcome measurement
• Advanced experience with Adobe Analytics, Sitecore, Tableau, Salesforce, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

• Lead marketing analytics, performance metric frameworks, and executive scorecards
• Provide standard monthly and quarterly executive reporting and strategic insights to senior leadership
• Drive test-and-learn experimentation methodologies including A/B testing and optimization programs
• Leverage predictive analytics and propensity modeling to improve audience targeting
• Develop product and solution digital marketing nurture journeys to drive higher engagement and lead conversion
