Job description
The Project Manager for the US Channel Sales BPR team will lead complex projects from concept through implementation, focusing on developing customer-centric processes and technology solutions. This role requires building trust and understanding between groups while managing medium-to-large global technical projects. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with Sales, AI, and technical teams to enhance partner experiences and ensure measurable business outcomes. Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment is essential.
Requirements
- Typically requires 7+ years of experience in Project Management or related experience.
- Experience owning medium (6-8 month) to large (8-12+ month) cross-functional technology and operational process projects.
- Ability to interact with and effectively communicate with a wide range of technical and business teams.
- Familiarity with B2B sales lifecycle and CRM systems.
- Experience working with transactional data and core data systems.
- Relationship-builder; viewed as a trusted advisor.
- Understands systems implementation; comfort working with both waterfall and agile development methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
