As an Application Engineer at Robinhood, you will be part of the Corporate Systems team, which focuses on maintaining secure and reliable systems that support employees across the company. This role involves managing and improving systems related to identity, device management, and cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with Security, IT, and Engineering partners to ensure systems are scalable and dependable. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to enhancing employee-facing systems.

• You have experience as a Systems, Site Reliability, Infrastructure, or related engineer, typically with 5+ years in similar environments.
• You have hands-on experience managing macOS or Windows devices using modern endpoint management tools.
• You are familiar with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Gemini.
• You have experience coding or scripting in languages such as Python, Swift, Go, Bash, or PowerShell.
• You approach problems methodically, work well independently or with others, and focus on improving employee-facing systems.

• You manage endpoint devices, identity systems, Okta, Google Cloud infrastructure, and Google Workspace to maintain secure and reliable operations.
• You design and build tools based on internal requirements to improve system functionality and efficiency.
• You develop automation for device, account, and identity lifecycle management processes.
• You support engineering teams by troubleshooting system issues and resolving escalations.
• You review write and code, write clear documentation, and follow established engineering practices.
