The Sr. Manager of AI Forward Deployed Engineering at Databricks will lead a specialized customer-facing AI team focused on delivering professional services for GenAI applications. • Experience building and managing high-performing teams of AI/ML scientists, engineers, and leaders.
• Ability to scope, sell, and deliver technical engagements in enterprise environments.
• Strong technical depth in AI/ML foundations and the ability to contribute in architecture reviews.
• Experience leading teams that have shipped production AI solutions in cloud environments.
• Proven success developing strategy with senior executive stakeholders.
• Experience driving AI transformation across enterprise customers.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
