The Cyber - Data Protection Microsoft Architect - Manager role at EY focuses on leading Microsoft security and data protection engagements. As a Manager within the Data Protection and Privacy team, you will serve as a Microsoft Security Architect, guiding clients in designing secure and resilient Microsoft environments. This position requires expertise in Microsoft Purview and the ability to connect it with broader Microsoft platforms and third-party technologies. You will manage multidisciplinary teams and contribute to business development while ensuring quality and financial performance.

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Approximately 6 or more years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or related technology consulting.
• Demonstrated experience architecting integrated Microsoft solutions across multiple security and compliance capabilities.
• Required hands-on architecture or delivery experience with Microsoft Purview.
• Experience managing engagement scope, plans, risks, and executive communications.

• Lead Microsoft security and data protection engagements from discovery to implementation.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture across Microsoft Purview and related technologies.
• Develop integrated security and data protection strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops across various stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Manage engagement scope, workplans, staffing, budgets, and quality reviews.
