The Cyber - Data Protection Microsoft Architect role at EY is designed for a senior-level consulting professional who will lead workstreams focused on Microsoft Purview and the broader Microsoft Security stack. This position involves translating business, legal, privacy, regulatory, and security requirements into practical architecture and implementation strategies. The successful candidate will work within the Data Protection and Privacy team, guiding clients in managing risk and protecting information in a rapidly evolving technology landscape. This role also includes mentoring junior team members and contributing to data security and AI governance initiatives.

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Approximately 3-6 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or related technology consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview and knowledge of at least two additional Microsoft technologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively through client conversations, workshops, and technical documentation.
• Understanding of security and privacy frameworks or regulations such as GDPR or HIPAA.

• Lead defined Microsoft Purview workstreams, including discovery and deployment planning.
• Design and support Microsoft Purview capabilities such as Data Loss Prevention and Information Protection.
• Develop data classification and governance strategies that align with business objectives.
• Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder interviews across various teams.
• Create clear architecture diagrams and technical implementation guidance.
