Job description
The Senior Attack & Penetration Tester role at EY focuses on enhancing client resilience through advanced offensive security operations. The successful candidate will lead penetration testing and red team engagements, applying a threat-informed approach to identify vulnerabilities. Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- At least five years of relevant offensive security experience.
- Hands-on experience planning and executing advanced red team engagements.
- Advanced experience conducting external and internal network penetration testing.
- Experience assessing Active Directory environments and cloud security testing.
- Any two relevant offensive security certifications.
Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and execute complex penetration testing and red team engagements.
- Emulate realistic adversary behaviors to identify exploitable attack paths.
- Translate technical testing results into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with client technical teams to validate weaknesses and develop remediation strategies.
- Lead technical workstreams and mentor junior team members.
- Produce high-quality technical work products and executive-ready presentations.
