The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead key investments across Azure Monitor's data collection, telemetry pipeline, and configuration management platforms. This role focuses on enabling customers to onboard, configure, govern, route, and manage monitoring data across various environments. The position requires a combination of customer empathy and technical experience to drive platform capabilities that simplify observability adoption. The candidate will work across multiple engineering teams to influence architecture and roadmap priorities.

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.

• Own roadmap investments across telemetry onboarding, collection, routing, transformation, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Translate customer feedback, telemetry insights, operational trends, and competitive analysis into prioritized investments.
• Identify opportunities to reduce customer complexity while improving scalability, reliability, and adoption.
• Define measurable business and customer outcomes and track progress against key success metrics.
• Drive investments across Azure Monitor's telemetry collection ecosystem.
• Engage directly with strategic customers to understand observability challenges and operational requirements.
• Own delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch.
