The Senior Consultant in AI Security at EY will focus on assessing AI risk postures and developing governance frameworks for organizations adopting AI technologies. This role combines hands-on technical implementation with strategic advisory work across various industries. The position is part of EY's Cyber practice, which addresses the security challenges posed by the rapid transformation of AI. The consultant will work closely with clients to ensure responsible and secure AI deployment.

• A bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, and approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1–2 years in AI or machine learning security.
• Experience in AI security assessments, AI Security Posture Management (AI-SPM), or AI model risk evaluations.
• Hands-on experience with AI security and DevSecOps tooling, including platforms and harnesses.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML systems, architectures, and deployment patterns.

• Conduct AI security assessments and evaluate AI/ML pipelines and model infrastructure.
• Identify vulnerabilities inherent to AI systems and develop practical remediation strategies.
• Architect and support the implementation of AI-SPM solutions and configure AI security tooling.
• Develop AI governance frameworks, policies, and standards aligned to emerging regulatory requirements.
