The Engineer/Architecture Intern will join the Airports/Aviation Facilities team in Baltimore, MD, focusing on large-scale airport infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to apply civil engineering expertise to solve complex problems and analyze solutions. Interns will work closely with experienced engineers and project managers, gaining hands-on experience in airport design and development. The position emphasizes collaboration and innovation in modern aviation infrastructure.

• Pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering - civil, mechanical/plumbing, electrical, or systems or Architecture.
• Must be at least a rising Junior.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• 3.0 GPA is preferred.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D or MicroStation is ideal.
• Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.

• Assist in the design of airfield pavements, including runways, taxiways, and aprons.
• Support the development of airport terminal area plans and landside facilities.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and design documentation for aviation projects.
• Participate in site visits to assess existing airport conditions and collect essential data for project planning.
• Utilize technical expertise and analytical skills to enhance airport infrastructure.
