• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as C++, Java, or Rust is required.
• Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages is necessary.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and digital logic design is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

• Develop and deploy Agentic AI and machine learning solutions to automate complex chip design workflows.
• Build and maintain software tools that support logic design, functional verification, timing analysis, and physical design.
• Design and implement efficient algorithms and large-scale software systems to improve design quality.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineers across IBM to deliver innovative solutions.
