NVIDIA is seeking PhD Research Interns for its Circuits team to explore advanced circuit design in the post-Moore’s Law era. The role focuses on developing high-performance, low-power circuit technologies and collaborating with elite researchers. Requirements
- Pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in power delivery research with a focus on novel digital and analog control architectures.
- Excellent knowledge and broad background in circuit design theory and practice.
- Depth in high-performance circuit design areas such as PLLs, SerDes, photonics, SRAMs, and security circuits.
- A track record of research excellence or significant product development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Explore circuit approaches to optimize processor computation and interconnect performance and power.
- Design and implement circuit approaches in prototype systems.
- Collaborate with other researchers and internal product teams across research and product roles.
- Transfer technology to product groups.
