The Apps Support Intmd Analyst role is part of the Wealth Data & Analytics Production Management team, which provides critical data for wealth management services to Ultra High Net Worth clients. The successful candidate will support and stabilize the foundational data infrastructure essential for private banking services. This position requires a blend of technical and business support skills, as well as the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues. The role involves close collaboration with users, technology partners, and other teams to ensure the quality and efficiency of application support.

• 2-5 years of experience in application support.
• Basic knowledge or interest in apps support procedures and concepts.
• Good understanding of financial markets and products.
• Experience using call/ticketing software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Provide technical and business support for users of Citi Applications.
• Field issues and queries from stakeholders and provide short-term resolutions.
• Act as a liaison between users and internal technology groups.
• Participate in disaster recovery testing and application releases.
• Analyze applications to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues.
