The Apps Support Sr Analyst role is part of the Wealth Data & Analytics Production Management team, which provides critical data infrastructure for wealth management services to Ultra High Net Worth clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and stabilizing application systems, ensuring their quality and functionality. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role also involves coaching new recruits and influencing decisions that impact the overall business.

• 5-8 years of experience in an Application Support role.
• Experience installing, configuring or supporting business applications.
• Good SQL experience in any of the RDBMS.
• Experience using call/ticketing software.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems.

• Provide technical and business support for users of Citi Applications.
• Maintain application systems that are running in daily operations.
• Manage, maintain and support applications and their operating environments.
• Perform same day risk reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
