• 5+ years of professional software development experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• 4+ years of experience with backend technologies such as .NET, Java, ASP.NET Core, or Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS, Redux, and Hooks.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, and structured data formats such as JSON, XML, and YAML.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education/work experience.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and establish engineering standards.
• Design, develop, and leverage AI-powered development tools and automation.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting solutions.
• Design and optimize cloud-native solutions leveraging managed services.
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, containerization, and orchestration.
• Work with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Drive improvements to engineering productivity through reusable platforms and automation.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
