The Senior Software Engineer will be part of the Business Technology Solutions team at Apple, focusing on the development and design of web applications and components for both front-end and back-end systems. • 5+ years in a senior software engineering role.
• 5+ years of experience with the Ruby on Rails framework and Ruby as a core language.
• 5+ years of experience in API design and interface technologies such as JSON, ProtoBuf, REST, RPC, and XML.
• 5+ years of front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React, along with database design and queries using PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Knowledge of integrating GenAI into development workflows.
• Working knowledge of integrated testing frameworks like RSpec and MiniTest, CI suites such as CircleCI and Jenkins, and DevOps and AWS infrastructure.
• Expert knowledge of GoLang, Java, or a similar compiled, high-concurrency, lower-level language.
