The Manager of Consumer Payments Partner Engineering at Google will lead efforts to enhance customer support for Payments features. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience working with customer-side web technologies and database technologies.
• Experience in technical leadership, people management, and project management.
• Experience in business process mapping and streamlining workflows.
• Experience in the Financial Services or Fintech industry, specifically within Payments or customer support operations.

• Partner across cross-functional groups to lead customer support readiness for global product launches.
• Develop and implement scalable customer service models and workflows that increase efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to remove operational friction and reduce costs without compromising user experience.
• Drive collaboration across Product, Legal, Compliance, and external partners to deliver a cohesive Consumer Payments strategy.
