The Senior Technical Services Scientist at Elanco will provide technical expertise and oversight for products produced at external contract manufacturers. This role focuses on advancing the 'Science, Capability, and Control' strategy to ensure technical excellence and uninterrupted supply. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and representation during audits and inspections. The ideal candidate will contribute to making animals' lives better through innovative solutions.

• Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree in a Life Science or Engineering field such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Biochemistry.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Chemical Production, Technical Science, Drug Development, or Quality Assurance.
• Proficiency in applied statistics for data analysis and process monitoring.
• Strong technical writing and project management skills.

• Champion the Continued Process Verification program using statistical tools to ensure process robustness.
• Drive the technical productivity agenda at assigned contract manufacturers focusing on efficiency and cost improvement.
• Support the technical governance framework, including change management and deviation investigations.
• Lead and oversee technical transfers and new product introductions to meet manufacturing standards.
• Serve as a key technical interface for cross-functional teams during audits and inspections.
