As a Technical Program Manager on Rivian's Autonomy Systems Validation team, you will oversee the alignment of on-road and closed-course testing with virtual validation for end-to-end autonomy software. Your role involves collaborating with various teams, including autonomy software and functional safety, to create an integrated test plan. You will drive project delivery while managing technical complexities and ensuring stakeholder alignment. Your focus will be on improving efficiency, managing risks, and championing continuous improvement within the team.

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, multi-team software or technology programs in fast-paced environments.
• Strong technical background with experience in machine learning, robotics stacks, and validating end-to-end autonomy.
• Proven project management skills, including planning, prioritizing, and managing risks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas simply and influence stakeholders.

• Develop a strong technical understanding of the stack and align program goals to business objectives.
• Establish metrics, identify gaps and bottlenecks, and streamline workflows to improve delivery outcomes.
• Enhance cross-functional collaboration through effective communication and integrated plans.
• Proactively manage risks by anticipating issues and developing mitigation plans.
• Lead retrospectives and implement changes to improve processes and team dynamics.
