The Software Engineering Intern, iOS role at Robinhood focuses on building smooth, stable, and beautiful mobile products used by millions. The team is composed of bold thinkers and sharp problem-solvers dedicated to applying frontier technologies to financial challenges. Interns will own features from inception to launch, collaborating closely with experienced engineers and product designers. This position is based in either Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY, with a strong emphasis on in-person work to foster innovation and community.

• Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date of Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Strong product sense and experience working closely with Product Designers.
• Deep understanding of UIKit.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for tackling tough technical problems.

• Build smooth, stable, and beautiful products using Swift and the latest iOS and watchOS APIs.
• Own features from inception, through design feedback, implementation, and launch.
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, Backend Engineers, and Data Engineers.
• Work with technologies such as UIKit, Auto Layout, RxSwift, Core Graphics, Core Animation, Lottie, Core Data, and a VIPER-esque Architecture.
