• Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience developing full-stack applications
• Demonstrated experience building agentic applications and AI agents
• Hands-on experience across the full application stack, including cloud platforms and containers
• Strong programming skills in Python for agent development
• Experience working collaboratively with other developers and non-technical stakeholders
• Exceptional time management skills in a complex work environment
• Strong communication skills in English
