The Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) role focuses on driving design validation and readiness assessment for AI data center network infrastructure, particularly for GPU platforms and high-performance fabrics. This position is part of the AI Network Acceleration team, which aims to make AI capacity delivery predictable and scalable. The role requires collaboration across various teams to ensure that AI network designs are technically sound and operationally viable. It is a high-impact position that influences the speed at which AI capacity reaches production.

• Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in Technical Program Management, AI Data center Infrastructure engineering, Cloud or data center platform delivery OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.

• Own the development and scaling of a global AI network and infrastructure acceleration operating model.
• Translate successful deployment practices into repeatable architectures and deployment patterns.
• Identify and eliminate dependencies on manual coordination and individual expertise in AI infrastructure delivery.
• Develop a strong understanding of the AI infrastructure deployment lifecycle and its critical dependencies.
• Challenge assumptions and recognize architectural and execution risks to facilitate technical decisions.
