The role of Manager in the Attack & Penetration Testing team at EY focuses on leading offensive security operations to enhance client resilience against cyber threats. This position requires managing technical teams to conduct penetration testing and red team exercises while ensuring collaboration with other security teams. The manager will also mentor junior analysts and stay updated on the latest cyber threat trends. This role is crucial for delivering actionable insights and maintaining high service quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering or a related major with a minimum of 6+ years of related work experience or a Master's degree and approximately 3-4+ years of related work experience in penetration testing.
• Experience in managing and executing penetration testing projects.
• Experience with manual attack and penetration testing.
• Experience in establishing and managing Red Team or application penetration testing programs.
• Experience with scripting or programming skills such as Python, PowerShell, Java, or Perl.
• Any two of the following certifications: OSCP, OSWP, GPEN, GWAPT, OSCE, OSEE, GXPN, CISSP, CISM, PMP, CREST Certified Simulated Attack Manager.
• A driver's license valid in the U.S.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally to meet client needs.

• Identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to enterprise environments.
• Lead technical teams in conducting penetration testing, red team, and purple team exercises.
• Oversee teams' delivery of offensive security engagements and ensure productive collaboration with other security and business teams.
• Ensure delivery of clear, concise, and actionable reports to both technical and executive audiences.
• Mentor senior and junior analysts and foster a collaborative and trust-based culture.
• Stay abreast of the latest cyber threat trends and represent EY in high-visibility industry groups and events.
• Plan and execute penetration testing projects including internet, intranet, wireless, and web application testing.
• Perform in-depth analysis of penetration testing results and create comprehensive reports.
