The successful candidate will enhance investment decision-making and improve portfolio insights while building scalable systems. This position is based in San Diego and requires onsite presence five days a week.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities

• Analyze portfolio company performance, valuation drivers, and return outcomes across stages
• Support investment committee processes, including financial modeling and return analysis
• Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards and management reporting
• Own and enhance Ventures data ecosystem and reporting pipelines
• Identify, design, and implement AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions
