As a CQV Start-Up/Commissioning Engineer at Jacobs, you will join a collaborative team focused on providing commissioning and start-up services to clients in the Life Sciences Industry. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including biotechnology and pharmaceutical manufacturers. You will be responsible for developing and executing commissioning plans and documentation for various facilities and systems. The position emphasizes collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of start-up and commissioning experience in the life sciences industry.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).
• Flexibility and willingness to travel and work at various clients' locations.

• Develop project start-up and commissioning plans and execution strategies.
• Generate and execute start-up and commissioning documents according to Good Documentation Practices.
• Startup equipment in a safe and effective manner.
• Facilitate meetings for the start-up team.
• Maintain action item lists and engineering change control logs.
• Provide technical assistance and input as needed.
• Coordinate with OEM service technicians and construction management firms.
