• Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years’ experience in product/service/project/program management or software development.
• Citizenship verification is required due to legal restrictions.
• Must pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
• 6+ years of software development, product management, or technical program management experience is preferred.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and navigate uncertain situations.

• Help shape the cloud roadmap by translating customer needs into scalable capabilities.
• Partner closely with customers and sales teams to gather signals and lead requirements workshops.
• Synthesize customer and market insights to drive prioritization decisions.
• Mature the cloud architecture and identify opportunities for design optimization.
