The Technical Enablement Specialist Intern will join the IBM Z WSC Advisory team, which supports IBM Z and IBM LinuxONE clients. This role focuses on guiding clients in making confident technology decisions through empirical analysis and storytelling. The intern will gain exposure to enterprise-class systems and assist in various projects related to IBM z/OS and system-level resiliency. The position is ideal for a technologically curious individual eager to learn and develop expertise in a dynamic environment.

• Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C.
• Basic understanding of enterprise operating systems and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with networking and routing concepts.
• Understanding of resiliency concepts within enterprise IT environments.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of client environments and deliver tailored technical recommendations.
• Coordinate with development teams to address client requests.
• Engage with formal support resources to stay informed on client priorities.
• Support account teams in network-specific client engagements.
• Help design and execute resiliency enablement workshops for clients.
• Assist in the development of client-facing conference and education materials.
• Support the design of Parallel Sysplex and Resiliency-related labs.
• Manage incoming projects using approved project management tools.
