This team focuses on enhancing AI capabilities on the Z platform, working with advanced hardware accelerators. The role involves developing solutions for various computational workloads, including deep learning and scientific computation. Candidates will collaborate with diverse teams to create high-quality software for enterprise systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science/Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems and container technologies.
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, Java, Golang, and/or Python.
• Experience with industry-standard C++ compilers and development frameworks.
• Strong software engineering development discipline and proficiency in data structures and algorithms.

• Develop enterprise-level applications utilizing AI frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Collaborate with IBM’s research team to create next-generation solutions for AI hardware accelerators.
• Ensure robustness and high-quality code generation for AI solutions on the IBM Z platform.
• Provide engineering support for the AI on Z solution and implement changes for production releases.
• Engage with the open-source community to contribute to AI development efforts.
