As a Tegra System Software Engineer at NVIDIA, you will be integral to developing the next generation of computing systems that power AI and self-driving cars. You will work in a dynamic team environment in Santa Clara, CA, focusing on system software relevant to ARM's Trusted Firmware Stack. Your contributions will help maintain NVIDIA's legacy of innovation and performance. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges in embedded systems.

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with embedded systems and device driver development.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming.
• Deep understanding of operating system fundamentals and computer architecture concepts such as MMU, Cache Coherency, TLB, Timers, ISRs.
• Knowledge of ARM trusted components, bootloaders, hypervisors, or UEFI is a plus.
• Knowledge in Safety and Security standards such as ISO26262, CERT-C, and MISRA-C would be a plus.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Proficiency in using agentic AI tools for producing high quality and performant systems.

• Design, craft, and develop system software relevant to ARM's Trusted Firmware Stack.
• Engage in sophisticated and next generation CPU architecture that drives the Tegra platform.
• Collaborate with the upstream community to develop software for the latest ARM technologies.
• Solve complex issues around power, performance, and security in the Trusted Framework Stack.
• Participate in architectural explorations including feasibility studies and CPU performance analysis.
• Perform development and bring-up activities for next-generation Tegra SOC hardware and systems.
• Develop highly performant low level device drivers for NVIDIA's Tegra platforms.
• Review architecture documents and take the design from specification to productization.
