• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience
• 4+ years of designing and developing large-scale software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• 2+ years of contributing to new and current systems architecture and design experience

• Build and operate the platform services for operations teams to define operational scope and automate permissions.
• Deliver features end to end, from design and code through deployment and live-site operation.
• Develop AI capabilities that automate routine operational responses.
• Partner with operators and service teams to transform operational data into tools that reduce manual effort.
• Write well-tested, maintainable code and conduct thoughtful code reviews.
