• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards and operations
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Contribute to open source projects such as AWS VPC CNI and AWS load balancer controller
• Work on next generation eBPF based network observability and telemetry
• Mentor and grow junior engineers on the team
