Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, with a Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
- 10+ overall years of experience in mechanical engineering.
- A successful track record in a leadership capacity in mechanical engineering, preferably in high-tech or AI-focused industries.
- Outstanding skills in mechanical design, CAD software, and engineering analysis tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- 3+ years of leadership experience leading teams involved in designing mechanical systems.
- A passion for innovation and a dedication to continuous learning and improvement.
