The Technical Program Manager will be part of the On-Device Machine Learning team at Apple, focusing on driving high-performance machine learning frameworks and OS features. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance the adoption of machine learning across Apple's products. The manager will oversee the Research to Production lifecycle of machine learning models, ensuring they deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong sense of ownership over their work.

• 6+ years in a role leading cross-functional teams in product/project/program development.
• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale engineering products or platforms involving machine learning, data processing, and data analytics tools.
• Ability to engage with business partners and translate needs into technical roadmaps.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Prior program management or engineering experience in machine learning training or inference technologies.
