The Apps Support Tech Lead Analyst is a strategic professional responsible for ensuring the integration of technology functions to meet business goals. This role requires advanced expertise in application support and involves significant interaction with various technology teams and stakeholders. The analyst will analyze existing systems, identify enhancements, and provide solutions to complex problems. Additionally, the position includes mentoring lower-level analysts and managing incident and outage communications.

• 13+ years of experience in a relevant field
• Level 2 Production Support experience
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in SQL Server, Oracle, and programming languages such as Java, .Net, or Python
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred

• Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals.
• Analyze existing system logic, identify problems, and recommend solutions.
• Document requirements for complex application enhancements and problem resolution.
• Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues, and propose risk mitigation options.
• Perform incident and outage management, collaborating with development and infrastructure partners.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams on stability and supportability improvements.
• Act as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts.
