Requirements
- MS or higher in Computer Science, Robotics, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of relevant industry experience.
- A structured approach to systems and software development.
- Proven record of successfully leading multi-functional efforts in architecture, development, or verification.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-functional initiatives to define safety architecture and requirements for autonomous vehicles.
- Deliver safety concepts and analysis to enable continuous and safe software deliveries.
- Define and improve safety metrics in collaboration with experts in perception, AI, motion planning, and safety architecture.
- Improve processes and tools for safety analysis and data-driven evaluation.
- Share safety analysis and readiness results with colleagues and management.
