NVIDIA is seeking Ph.D. interns to join their Computer Architecture and Systems teams. The role focuses on designing and implementing innovative ideas in GPU and CPU architectures, AI systems, and distributed systems. Interns will collaborate with team members and external researchers to advance computing technologies. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to impactful projects.

• Must be actively enrolled in a university pursuing a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Anticipated graduation date must be clearly indicated on a resume or CV.
• Strong background in research with publications at top conferences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Prior experience or knowledge in programming skills such as C, C++, Python, and CUDA.

• Design and implement novel ideas in GPU and CPU architectures and systems.
• Collaborate with other team members and external researchers.
• Transfer research to product groups to enable new products or types of products.
• Deliver prototypes, patents, products, and/or publish original research.
