The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional efforts in machine learning modeling, prototyping, and validation. • PhD with 5+ years of experience or MS with equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience training and adapting large language models for downstream tasks.
• Modeling experience at the intersection of natural language processing and vision.
• Proficiency in a machine learning toolkit such as PyTorch.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Proven track record of research contributions through publications or open source contributions.
• Experience with building and deploying multimodal large language models.
• Familiarity with distributed training and large-scale data infrastructure.
