• 3+ years of experience in Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any domain) or foreign equivalent, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Engineering (any domain) or foreign equivalent, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in management of engineering design projects.
• Knowledge of system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, statistical analysis, and decision making.
• Experience with complex automated material handling equipment and high-speed manufacturing.
• Experience with design-in-safety.
• Experience with process design based on Lean Principles.

• Responsible for various facility designs from project selection to successful launch for the Operations team.
• Invent, design, and implement engineering solutions to complex material flow and efficiency problems.
• Lead and coordinate design and innovation efforts for the transportation network.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to generate high quality, cost-effective solutions.
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while effectively communicating with business partners.
• Provide technical leadership for large-scale engineering projects.
