The Senior Product Manager will define, build, and scale Intel's Data Center System and Manageability Software Portfolio. This role focuses on leading the strategy and execution for system software, firmware, telemetry, and manageability capabilities. The manager will work closely with various engineering teams to ensure reliable and efficient operations of next-generation infrastructure. This position is critical in shaping Intel's future success and driving innovative solutions in the tech industry.

• 10+ years of total experience, with 4+ years dedicated to technical product management in data center infrastructure, server platforms, or systems software.
• Deep domain expertise in server architecture, BMC firmware (OpenBMC), UEFI/BIOS, RAS (Reliability, Availability, Serviceability), out-of-band management, and platform security.
• Proven familiarity with industry standards including DMTF Redfish, IPMI, MCTP, PLDM, and PCIe / CXL manageability.
• Demonstrated success taking complex system software or platform firmware solutions from concept to high-volume production deployment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical industry experience.

• Define multi-generational product roadmaps for system software, firmware, telemetry, and orchestration interfaces across data center GPU products.
• Partner closely with silicon, platform hardware, firmware, OS, and cloud software engineering teams to align architectural dependencies and platform release schedules.
• Drive deep technical discovery with cloud service providers, enterprise customers, and OEMs/ODMs to translate complex infrastructure operational pain points into clear product requirements.
• Champion standard-based manageability and robust telemetry pipelines to ensure platforms are observable, controllable, and secure at hyperscale.
• Own the complete lifecycle from PRD generation and engineering sprint prioritization to platform bring-up, validation, security patching, and end-of-life planning.
