• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience with silicon or semiconductors, including digital design, silicon validation, and product engineering.
• Experience scripting in one or more programming languages, such as Python.
• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science is preferred.

• Own sustaining phases of the silicon development lifecycle and monitor quality and reliability issues.
• Optimize test performance across manufacturing and deployment while partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Drive triage, debugging, and corrective actions across all deployment stages to reduce test failures.
• Collaborate with supply chain, contract manufacturing, and vendors to implement improvements.
• Investigate and root-cause field failures to ensure functional operations and testing.
