• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in C++ and Java.
• Experience in domains related to information retrieval, search infrastructure, ranking systems, data quality, or signal extraction for content evaluation.
• Experience with large-scale data analysis, building data pipelines, and applying statistical methods to solve problems.

• Build and maintain highly scalable software systems and backend infrastructure designed to operate on top of Large Language Models for information retrieval.
• Design, implement, and continuously iterate on systems to retrieve high-value, rights-protected content.
• Partner closely with engineers, product managers, and research teams across Google to integrate premium knowledge into high-visibility Generative Artificial Intelligence surfaces.
• Uphold standards for code quality, system reliability, engineering best practices, and comprehensive technical documentation across the team.
