DoorDash is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a full-stack engineering team focused on enhancing consumer discovery and customer experience. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to define the team's roadmap and deliver impactful solutions. The team will work on creating customizable and reusable user experiences across mobile and web platforms. The Engineering Manager will also be responsible for coaching and developing team members while maintaining high engineering standards.

• You have a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• You have 7+ years of industry experience, including a minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• You have experience managing engineering disciplines across backend, Android, iOS, and web.
• You bring a strong product sense and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional peers.
• You have hands-on experience working with non-technical stakeholders and building scalable products in a fast-paced environment.
• You have the ability to handle ambiguity and work with product and business partners to design scalable experience solutions.
• You have the ability to guide and grow an excellent engineering team in a rapidly changing business environment.
